The staff was great. We evacuated for a hurricane and the hotel was pack with people and animals. Everyone got along and we had a party of 10 and we used the common room was open with a tv and table and chair. We used it to play games and eat together. We know where we are going next time.

It was close to the event I wanted to attend at the convention center, and the receptionist was very nice 👍🏼 and helpful

I was so pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a place amid a sea of "bad experiences" hotels. I came here straight from a hospital where someone had stolen my wheelchair. They immediately put me in a handicapped room (which I hadn't even thought to ask for), a wonderful man brought all my belongings to my room, and they even came up with a walker for me to use! The entire staff-from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, were so friendly and helpful...it was amazing! The breakfast was plenty and surprisingly good. I loved every minute there...will definitely return.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We booked this room last minute to be close to the airport for an early flight. The desk clerks were stressed because a booking site had not closed the hotel to guests, yet they were full. They were very patient and polite with all customers, even the angry ones. We did not stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

I liked soooo much the breakfast, but eating area is a little small. Tables were cramped and some people came and couldn't find a seat. I'm also grateful of the staff as I was coming from the airport and our flight was delayed arriving there after midnight. I called to let them know we needed the room even though we would get there really late and they honored our booking on a full Saturday that many people were looking for a place to stay.

The patios were very inviting. The grounds were kept very clean. We had stayed here 2 nights before and decided to come back and stay. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Garnet Inn & Suites was perfect. It was clean, the breakfast was great and fast, the Executive Suite was awesome, clean and perfect and the manager, Mirna, was very accommodating. I will most definitely make my stay there again.

The little old lady at the front desk was super sweet and was on top of everything. The room was very clean and smelled good too, but the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I slept through the night for the first time in months. It was like a cloud.
