The staff was great. We evacuated for a hurricane and the hotel was pack with people and animals. Everyone got along and we had a party of 10 and we used the common room was open with a tv and table and chair. We used it to play games and eat together. We know where we are going next time.

It was close to the event I wanted to attend at the convention center, and the receptionist was very nice 👍🏼 and helpful

I was so pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a place amid a sea of "bad experiences" hotels. I came here straight from a hospital where someone had stolen my wheelchair. They immediately put me in a handicapped room (which I hadn't even thought to ask for), a wonderful man brought all my belongings to my room, and they even came up with a walker for me to use! The entire staff-from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, were so friendly and helpful...it was amazing! The breakfast was plenty and surprisingly good. I loved every minute there...will definitely return.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We booked this room last minute to be close to the airport for an early flight. The desk clerks were stressed because a booking site had not closed the hotel to guests, yet they were full. They were very patient and polite with all customers, even the angry ones. We did not stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

I liked soooo much the breakfast, but eating area is a little small. Tables were cramped and some people came and couldn't find a seat. I'm also grateful of the staff as I was coming from the airport and our flight was delayed arriving there after midnight. I called to let them know we needed the room even though we would get there really late and they honored our booking on a full Saturday that many people were looking for a place to stay.

Garnet Inn & Suites was perfect. It was clean, the breakfast was great and fast, the Executive Suite was awesome, clean and perfect and the manager, Mirna, was very accommodating. I will most definitely make my stay there again.

it’s clean and comfy and serves its purpose. we come every time we need to be in Orlando. before we found this place we used to spend three times the amount of this room and get exactly the same amenities and frills. I won’t put the hotel I am speaking of on blast but just know it’s a large hotel chain and we have found more dirt in their rooms than we did in here at Garnet. and we paid three four times the amount that we did here.

The little old lady at the front desk was super sweet and was on top of everything. The room was very clean and smelled good too, but the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I slept through the night for the first time in months. It was like a cloud.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice and pool area was clean. The location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. Overall when enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
